Free Initial Consultation

It’s really important that you feel comfortable with your therapist, and it’s for this reason I offer all my prospective clients a free initial consultation. This courtesy is extended to you whether or not you decide to continue with therapy. The first meeting with your therapist is when you can decide whether or not you click, and if it doesn’t feel right then it probably isn’t.

The consultation provides a ’no pressure’ opportunity for an informal chat about how I can help you, and for us to discuss a course of treatment that will help you most. During the 30-40 minutes I can answer any questions you may have regarding hypnotherapy, and you can tell me about the symptoms you are experiencing in absolute confidence.
